Recipe from the Baking Queen herself! These super easy-to-make biscuits took about one hour to prepare and bake. I used raisins instead of currents and they worked really well (raisins and currents are both dried grapes, just different types). They were delicious and have the perfect amount of lemon flavouring. If you don't like currents or raisins then the biscuits are also lovely without (I tried it out with a few).
Overall:
Easy to Make - Absolutely!
Time taken - About one hour (super quick)
Taste - Gorgeous, not too citrusy or sweet
